A must in the area for meat and delicatessen lovers! Damien Boca has specialized in the “Bocquillon”, a breed of beef from the Ardenne area. The animals are bred meeting exacting requirements. It is a more tasty, tender and marbled type of blanc-bleu-belge. Simply delicious!
